Cancellation Terms and Conditions

• If you cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse, a cancellation fee of Rs. 500 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment source.
• If you cancel your order after it has been shipped from our warehouse, we cannot cancel the shipment. In this case, you should refuse the shipment at the time of delivery. Upon return of the shipment, and after deducting a Rs. 500 cancellation fee and any applicable shipping charges, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment source.

Returns are accepted with product replacement or a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item. However, returns are limited to the following cases:

Damaged or defective products :

WE CANNOT REFUND AT ALL FOR USED AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We will initiate your refund within 3 working days of our confirmation. However, it may take 7-15 working days for the refund to be credited or reflected in your bank or credit card account statement. This duration includes inter-bank refund procedures, which may require some time for processing.
